I would like to personally thank Ivan of BatangLakwatsero as I was nominated to participate in TripBase’s :My 7 links Project” with a main objective of uniting bloggers from all walks of life and way of bringing not just travel bloggers but all bloggers in general in their quest for most popular and meaningful entries, lessons and stories that might have been long forgotten in our blog archives.
And to me this is the new generation of chain letters growing and spreading like a wildfire throught out the blogosphere. Then suddenly I found myself re-reading my old posts I myself had long since forgotten. In case you have not been following my blog, I hope you can give my 7 links a read or re-read if you are a dedicated fan .
In order to participate , someone has to tag you. Thanks again Ivan.
Once in your life , there will always be someone who will make you feel very special and it was also one of the sincerest and honest post I have ever written here. It brings back wonderful memories. Our past may have been lost but then again the memories are solid. You will never escape.
They say when you are depressed , you just have to look at the sky and you will flourish and I usually smile at the sky. Then I feel better. I guess everything is meant to change…
You’ll get by with a smile
You can’t win at everything but you can try .(eraserheads)
My Most Popular Post
I have no doubt that this one is my most popular post . Jose Rizal Nationalist and a traveler still the strongest and the most influential post of all time. I personally believe because of the trending or maybe our national hero Dr. Jose Rizal has the largest amount of information online . It was also written in honor of Dr. Jose Rizal as a celebration of his 150th birthday and also part of the Pinoy Travel Blogger’s 8th blog carnival themed Rizal and Travel hosted by Ivan Henares of Ivan about town.
My most controversial post
I am not really a very controvesial individual so I really don’t have any controversial posts. If I’m compelled to pick , I would say the most controversial is my post about Pasig Ferry ride experience. Welcome On Board Pasig River Ferry.
The comments though are not controversial but there were some comments that i had to delete because it was not related to the post. But there were some comments too that made me realize and contemplate as to how we are going to revive the old Pasig river. ” Nirerecommend mo ba ito sa mga foreigners? Or baka mapahiya lang ako pag nakita ng mga kaibigan kong dayuhan ang mga iskwater? Madadaanan ba mga iskwater?” I was never an irresponsible blogger. I just want to share to people what I had to see about the current status of Pasig River. Maybe its just an eye opening tour of how much of the Pasig river’s old charm has been or has yet to be regained ..
My Most Helpful Post
In this blog , I outlined the ways how to make your weekend worth the trip. My Padre Burgos weekend trip has been the most helpful post I have so far. Getting bunch of emails from friends about ways how to get there and most of them find this post really helpful specially to those skeptical of traveling in a tight budget. You don’t need to bring a large sum of money in order to enjoy the best places in the country .
A Post Whose Success Surprised Me
I always wanted to be the happiest person in the entire world . So, i figured out how, the answer is in the power of your mind, our mind. It has something to do with determination. I always try to find ways. =) I always find the way to make my dream come true…
A Post I Feel Didn’t Get The Attention It Deserved
Maybe I feel that this post did not get enough attention as I just wrote it just last month. Maybe lacking of good photos could be one of the reasons or maybe there isn’t really anything interesting about my post. But I distinctly recall this trip. It was a Pahiyas day in Lucban , Quezon. I was so happy to have the real time to relax and I ended up walking around with an overall perfect weekend . I was surprised considering there are a lot of people during Pahiyas festival . “Nakaabot po ako sa Luisiana. “
The post that I am most proud of
I am probably most proud of this post . My happy moments with the windmills in Bangui , Ilocos Norte. I really wanted to say everything about this post. It’s also very honest , direct and sincere. I wish you all the best in life. Good luck in everything you do.
The 7 Links project also suggests that I tag five other bloggers. I’m tagging people I admire for their personalities, their writing skills and their collective array of travel experience, and I’m fascinated to see what they’ll share from their own archives.
