We felt the need to relax and unwind so we chose Ilocos Norte as part of our summer vacation. In life we all need to slow down a little bit sometimes . How to get there:
One must take a plane via Cebu Pacific, Philippine Airlines, Zest Air and AirPhilippines Express. Travel time from Manila to Laoag approximately takes less than an hour. So why wait, go ahead and surf the internet to find cheap flights and get savings now.
By Land Travel, one must take a shuttle service from Manila to Laoag via the Northwest Highway. Travel time takes less than ten hours and another one hour and thirty minutes to Pagudpud.
