Low cost airline Cebu Pacific has just recently introduced the express check-in service that will help passengers at the busy Kalibo airport, now serves as the gateway to the Island of Boracay.
Agent Xpress is a new service to assist Cebu Pacific passengers that can check in guests with confirmed flights from four hours to 45 minutes before the scheduled flight departure according to media source.
Passengers can check in individually or as a group for one-way or Travel Thru flights, which connect to an onward destination.
Since agents are already operating the tablet, CEB personnel can verify travel documents on the spot, for guests bound for international destinations.
The Agent Xpress service was launched at Kalibo Airport on August 25.
“Agent Xpress can make the check-in process faster and more convenient for our guests, given space limitations in certain airports. We are studying the launch of Agent Xpress in other airports as well,” according to Cebu Pacific vice president for marketing and distribution Candice Iyog.
“Aside from the Agent Xpress service, guests can also check in online or using self-service kiosks. We want to make many options available, so guests are empowered to manage their travel time and experience,” she added.
Passengers can book the transfer service in advance through the website, call center, ticket and sales offices or in flight.
