HIGANTES

Higantes are giants made of paper mache which has been part of the history and culture of Angono in Rizal province. “Higantes” symbolizes the joy and celebration especially when they are moving, swaying and dancing. “Higantes Festival” is celebrated in the Municipality of Angono, Rizal or also known as the Art Capital of the Philippines.

HOW TO GET TO ANGONO:

Public Transport enroute to Angono like public Jeepney, fx shuttle type taxi,  for hire taxi and bus are easily available in the following landmarks in the metro. Travel time is 45 minutes to an hour but can stretch to over an hour, as traffic tends to be heavy.
