Why You Should Date a Traveler?

I was looking for some old files on my personal computer looking for photos and documents and I forgot which folder I put it under. And I came across with a screen shot of an old chat log and an email from a conversation with someone at the time we broke up. That’s a few years ago by the way. It is really a great timing because in our message and chat We were discussing about our future travel plans. I thought I should share it with everyone.

I rarely talk about my personal life , specially that it is oftentimes hard to date with someone on the road. Several months after the break up, I felt so miserable, but don’t worry I feel better now. And I started traveling. I went everywhere. And for the very first time , I owned a great camera. I started taking photographs of everything I want. I take photographs of a church, street and people. Read more

Honestly I never blame you, it was never your fault, it’s mine,I didn’t plan on liking you, it just sort of happened that way, And I am terribly sorry.

I’m a person with no regrets. Maybe I am  just so lucky. You made my life complete , But I’m just one chapter in yours. There will be so much more. I promise. Don’t be afraid to fall in love again. Don’t forget to watch out for that signal, when life as you know it ends .
I just wanna tell you how much you move me, how you changed me and im so grateful about it.

If I lay here
If I just lay here
Would you lie with me and just forget the world?

I don’t quite know
How to say
How I feel

Those three words
Are said too much
They’re not enough

If I lay here
If I just lay here
Would you lie with me and just forget the world?

So why you should date a traveler then?

Very simple… When you’re dating a traveler, you’ll never run out of unforgettable moments. Your every move and every moment is carefully documented on their journal and camera.  Trust me!  Ikaw ang subject nila …. So always remember that before you dig in to something else , let them  take a picture of you first.

“I had a picture of you in my mind
Never knew it could be so wrong
Why’d it take me so long just to find? “

In life we have often marveled  at how the NEXT love has proven to be so much better than the one before. And then the NEXT one after that was so much better than that last one.  And more often that not – will never gonna  change – maybe because we  learn at least something new from each of these experiences . So, when you’re ready to fall in love, (don’t rush  things) start looking forward – to the next possibility.

Socialize with travelers  – get out there like the travelers  – meet new people on the road – make some new friends! It should feel good. I suggest that it’s  best not to expect to meet someone “perfect” right away. It  does take time to meet someone really very special – but try to lay on the ground work by getting out there and let it go , let it  flow – that’s usually a good thing for everyone to do, no matter what.

All I can tell you is that just follow your heart. Regardless of who the person  is, a traveler, a writer,or  just a nobody, you don’t need anyone’s opinion  if you really love the person. It doesn’t take any  website or  a blog or any people  to tell you what the best thing to do. You just need to listen very carefully , and follow what your heart truly says.

Happy Valentines Day!
