I am going to touch base with you my recent trip in Pampanga …
Its February 10-13, 2011. It’s a week of everything that flies. In celebration of the centennial year of airplanes  in the Philippine skies . I’m sharing with you the wonderful experience  from the 16th  Philippine International  hot-air balloon fiesta, at Clark Freeport Zone, Pampanga. This festival features much more than just hot-air balloons and represents just about every imaginable form of flying activity.
Aside from the colorful hot air balloons , various activities are lined up. From skydiving, paragliding,  aircraft display, mini booth for photo souvenirs ( believe me its everywhere and thats for free) , kite flying exhibition, rocketry demonstration and more buffet   =) which is ultimately great .
The departure field (of the balloons and planes) is fenced and you are not allowed to get in except if you have a press or VIP card. If you have an impressive camera you might try to get in and bribe the people in charge . Many did! =)
There are a lot of activities and you will never get bored (even for a day!)!
Entrance is 150 pesos and its all worth it.
