Going out-of-town trips can really be very exhausting but exciting. After a lot of discussions and photo sessions. It’s always the best to find out and savor an exciting food on our tables. Your trip will never be complete if you have not tried the best food in town.
So today , I am going to recommend you some of the best restaurants and some of the food establishments we came across with.
If you want a great food at reasonable prices , then go right ahead to Gerry Shan’s Chinese Place . This restaurant provides a variety of food choices. They have value meals too. The food is definitely far from being boring . They have a very simple lutong bahay meals and serve different Filipino dishes. I was really glad Kuya Jun took us to this place. The food we tried were all delicious. Lechon kawali, beef bulalo, pork nilaga , chicken steak and a lot more.
And I asked myself , What’s sulit? Sulit means getting more that what you have paid for. Choosy ka pa ba? Eat all you can at Php150.
Gerry Shan‘s Place is a Chinese Seafood restaurant located along the street of Quezon in Baler. They also have catering or group packages too. Our group wanted to meet Gerry Shan , too bad he was busy working at the kitchen area.
We also scouted for the best Karinderya in town. Thanks to Robbie , we had an incredible dining experience along the streets of Baler’s main town. If you are up for a challenge like eating in a small-scale karinderya , then this small eating place is goof for someone like us ( tight budget). It was actually one of the best things to experience when you are traveling ( Ang kumain sa masarap na kainan na mura). Go to the side streets and look for a small-scale restaurants. And sometimes , eating in a small-scale ,impromptu restaurants like the one’s along the Rolling stores will make you feel right at home. Check out Shanes Eatery. They serve delicious lutong bahay meals at a very reasonable prices.
I tried to wake up the other day for an early breakfast . I swear I intended to wake up early . It was still dark when I awoke and I felt a little bit sluggish so I went back to bed. I started to panic when I opened my eyes , checked the clock and it was passed the hour of 9 am . ” Akala ko maaga pa” . Sayang di tuloy ako nakasama sa kanila for breakfast at the Bay’s inn . Instead , we went back during lunch time . I tried their orange carrot shake. Robbie,Jerome,Renz and myself wanted to order a meal however the waiter gave us a heads up that any food they serve could take an hour so we made a decision to buy fruit shakes instead (tagal ano?).
We headed down the beach and At the beach while the sun is up and hot, we came accross an ice buko vendor. Ang saya lang. We had a yummy ice cream on stick . Thank you Mamang Sorbetero and thank you also Jerome for the ice buko treat.
