We had so much fun with our #FamtourNuevaEcija2014 earlier this summer — and got such great experiences from natural attractions to various culinary flavors — at the moment I saw this Pad Thai in a restaurant in Gapan, Nueva Ecija which I never thought would exist, I knew I wanted to try some more bite.
Admittedly, I love Pad Thai. This sort of like the spaghetti and meatballs of Thai cuisine. It’s predictable and filling, and it’s genuine comfort by the bowlful. Trust me when I say even if you’ve never tasted Pad Thai, you’ll want to dive into the bowl after the first bite.
“Oh, I am craving for the Pad Thai.” It’s absolutely the most thrilling part on a Thai menu. We love trying several types of Thai dishes. But Pad Thai is just always so mouthwatering, with its tasty combination of stir-fried noodles, eggs, peanuts, lime, fish sauce and peppers and spices.
Pad Thai is a Thai style fried rice noodle dish and my all time favorite meal so far. One of the best things about Pad Thai is the perfectly powerful balance of spices- combination of sweet, sour and salty created by sugar, fish sauce and chili sauce. So when you go to Gapan, Nueva Ecija, make sure you try or bring home the Pad Thai Fil- Thai Restaurant. We’ll never know it could be your next favorite meal too.
