PHILIPPINE GOVERNMENT LAUNCHES CONTACT CENTER NG BAYAN
Good news for Filipinos. Philippine government launched a new initiative to directly cascade all your concerns via specific channel for complaints, suggestions and feedback to the government agencies.
It is now called the Contact Center ng Bayan or CCB with the participation of six government agencies.
BIR- Bureau of Internal Revenue
DOH-Department of Health
DTI-Department of Trade and Industry
NCC-National Computer Center
Philhealth- Philippine Health Insurance Corporation
The new Contact Center ng Bayan provides useful information of the said agencies services.
One can now get in touch with a live representative from CCB by just calling the hotline 1-6565 using a PLDT landline and Digitel landline nationwide.You can also check out the website at www.contactcentergbayan.gov.ph. Operators will answer all your questions from Mondays to Fridays from 8am to 5pm.
This is a project everyone is excited about. A new and fantastic way to allow the public to share their feedback and other complaints to better develop and improve a public service.
