On July 26th of 2018, the Royal air charter service was given the authority to operate as a commercial scheduled airline with both domestic and international flights by the Civil Aeronautics Board (CAB). It has been said by the President of the Clark International Airport Corp (CIAC), Alex Cauguiran, that “these new destinations promoting tourist attractions in the southern Philippines will draw in more foreigners wanting to visit the country through Clark”
