It was in year 1995 when a 300 hectare property was developed. The idle land was developed in a lake resort community. It was very timely because a typhoon struck the area and soon filled with water in just a week. Life was added in the lake with tilapia, bangus (milk fish) and so much more. The lighthouse was also constructed and introduced.
Because of the beautiful view and spectacular sight. It has become a favorite destination for location Prenup and shooting for movies, shows and other commercials.

Lakeshore became the biggest important leisure and events hub in the Philippines. Because of this view it became the venue and location for several movies, commercials and other television shows. Even the prestigious beauty pageants like Miss Earth started holding events here.
12-hectare man-made (artificial) lake
Imagine yourself living in this picturesque view. The Lakeshore has turned green and became one of the first sustainable communities in the Philippines.
The entire 300 hectare lakeshore community is in the town of Mexico which connects the city of San Fernando. A very unique place that will certainly promise a beautiful towns and a haven of windblown trees , parks and captivating lakeside vistas . This is open to the public which is good for picnic, boating, fishing, walking and jogging.
Best wishes to Bhang and Jeff.
Getting to The Lakeshore is very easy. Just take the North Luzon Expressway exit near SM Mall. Turn right and drive through the New Lakeshore or Mexico toll entry exit. Pay the toll fee. Follow the Boulevard that will take you to the heart of the Lakeshore community.
For approximately 30- 40 minute ride from Manila taking right will direct you to Mexico town proper and the Lakeshore Estates. The Lakeshore Estate-Petron toll service facility is built with modern facilities for motorists convinience.
